Erich Sieber is the Founding General Partner of PeakBridge Ventures, a specialized global FoodTech fund manager, with offices in Europe, US and Middle East.
PeakBridge is a highly networked investment platform dedicated to managing funds globally building the infrastructure of Agri-FoodTech innovation. PeakBridge focuses on innovative, scalable, climate and health-focused companies with protectable technologies. PeakBridge, a core member of EIT Food, invests globally in early-stage and Series A-B companies.
Prior to creating PeakBridge in 2018, Erich was Partner at Nestlé’s €750M strategic “fund-of-one” since its creation in 2001. Formerly executive at Nestlé SA, the World Economic Forum and the German Finance Ministry.
Erich received his B.A. in Business Economics and Law from HSG University of St. Gallen, Switzerland, a tri-lingual MBA of ESCP (Paris-Oxford-Berlin), and an L.L.M. in Financial Law of Geneva University, Switzerland.
